Band-in-a-Box to abc converter

This file, BIABTools.zip BIABTools.zip (300.0 kB, 13 Nov 2009)
, contains a program that I wrote to convert certain types of BIAB files to abc. I find it easier to enter melodies in BIAB, add chords and export to abc for nice, compact printing for fake and tune books. This can be useful for other types of music, such as jazz. There is a read-me file in the zip file that explains what you need to do.

ABC files

The files below contain tunes in abc format. The tunes come from a number of sources (Many, many thanks!) and include some I've entered myself. I have probably added chords or changed notes here and there to suit how I play the tunes. There are Irish, Scottish, and a few Canadian (Old-time and Québecois) tunes. Many of the tunes get played at Ottawa sessions.
